There are six of us total. (her children) i know that I am named benificiary of one of her bank accts and therefore my oldest sister wnats me to pay off her bills with that money. I do not work and the rest of my siblings do. I am the youngest I am married but my other half and I arent getting along. we never have. I have four kids. My question... Does my brother and sister have the right to do whatever they want w/ moms home? My brother is being a jerk and says he wants to tear moms home down and just sell land property. When do I notify creditors about her passing? Should I be responsible for paying her debt w/ the money she left me as a beneficiary? How much money does social security pay or who gets her social security death payments. WE all ( six kids) paid for her funeral equally. Can the other four siblings fight to keep moms house in family?
Get a lawyer - depending on where you are located will ultimately determine the outcome. My advice is to seek legal advice immediately - and personally why should you pay for the debts and the others receive the asset - does not sound fair and equitable to me.

I have been a private landlord with several properties for about 30 years and have never released rental history information to be reproduced anywhere. I don't think I ever would. But if someone writes me or calls me I will respond with beginning and end date and if the paid as agreed and if I returned their whole deposit. I would bet their are such websites- but I also bet they are very incomplete.

How does the whole college system work? I am planning to go to a community college and maybe major in Autobody Repair & Painting. I think that the degree I would be earning from that would be like an AAS, right? I'm not too sure. But yah, I have a friend that says he couldn't get into his major at the moment so he is currently going for his liberals. What is a liberals degree good for? How many credits, or how long would it take to this? Or how does the credit system work with math, english, and all those other classes?
Liberals usually requires math and english, but depending on your field of study it could be different, autobody repair probably requires science class also. I'm sure if you go in to see your college counciler they would be more than happy to help you set up your classes! Not sure what you mean about the credit system? Most classes are a half semester long (either fall or spring), each equalling 3 or so credits, and you need a certain amount of credits to get your degree.
